Winter Sports

Paragraph 55

If a winter sport event (alpine skiing, nordic skiing or ski jumping) is suspended or postponed, bets remain valid provided that the event is completed at the same venue within 72 hours. If the event takes place on a different venue, bets are deemed void. In case of a competitor not starting the event at all, all bets related to that competitor will be void.

All bets related to all Winter Olympic Games disciplines, unless stated otherwise in other paragraphs of these rules for specific sports, are settled using the decrees described at paragraph 56.

Paragraph 56

Winner: You have to forecast the overall winner of the event.
1st and 2nd: You have to forecast which two competitors will finish the event 1st and 2nd in the correct order.
Podium: You have to forecast if the competitor will finish on the podium (top 3).
HH: You have to forecast which of the two competitors listed will be better placed in the overall event. For alpine skiing, in the case of one or both skiers not finishing the race, the number of completed runs will determine the winner of the HH duel; in the case of both skiers finishing the same number of runs, the official time registered in the completed runs will determine the winner. In case no one of the skiers will complete the first run registering an official time, the bets will be settled as void.
