Formula 1

Paragraph 43

Formula 1 related bets are always settled using the first published official results. Later decisions made by the race officials/FIA will not be considered. A Formula 1 event will be considered void in the case of a cancellation or if interrupted and not resumed/finished within 72 hours from the official start time. If a race is, for some reason, abandoned before 75% of the planned distance (rounded down to the nearest whole number of laps) has been completed, the event will be considered void, even though FIA might regard the race as finished and assign points to the drivers/teams (except for the HH game types, if the duel winner is already known in the moment of the interruption).

Decisions made by the race officials/FIA before the end of the qualifying session that have influence on the starting grid position, don't have any effect on the bet placed on any "pole" market.

Paragraph 44

If one or more drivers withdraw before the beginning of the first practice run of the race and at least one of them has odds for winning the race equal or under 5, PlanetWin365 reserves the right to declare all bets regarding the winner, pole-position and ranking as invalid. If a driver is not able to take part in the qualifying race, all bets directly related to that driver will be void. If a driver is not able to take part in the main race after successfully finishing qualifications all bets directly related to that driver concerning the main race will be void (bets concerning qualifying race will stand).

For bets on "Best of Group", if one of the drivers listed in the group is not able to participate in the race, all bet related to that group will be deemed void.

A driver participating in the warm-up lap is considered to have participated in the race.

Paragraph 45

If there is a decision made by the race officials/FIA that directly influences the outcome of the race and it is made after the results of a practice/qualifying session are published or if a driver withdraws during the same period (after the publishing of the previous session's results but before the beginning of the next session), PlanetWin365 reserves the right to cancel all bets based on such information.
